Tujuan penelitian ini guna melihat internal lokus of control dan need for achievement berpengaruh pada intensi berwrausaha (Survey terhadap Siswa SMK Model Patriot IV Ciawigebang Kelas XI Jurusan Akuntansi Keuangan Lembaga dan Manajemen Perkantoran Layanan Bisnis). Penelitian ini yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey Sugiono 2015.
Responden penelitian ini ialah siswa SMK Model Patriot IV Ciawigebang jurusan Akuntansi dan keuangan lembaga (AKL) dan Manajemen perkantoran dan layanan bisnis (MPLB) dengan jumlah sebanyak 132 responden. Skala yang dipakai pada penelitian ini yaitu skala likert lima opsi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan: 1) Internal Lokus of Control berdistribusi positif serta signifikan pada Intensi Berwirausaha. 2) Need for Achiievement berdistribusi positif serta signifikan pada Intensi Berwirausaha. Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis deskriptif variabel intensi berwirausaha berada pada kategori sedang, dengan skor total 54-74 sebanyak 88 responden dan frekuensi relative 67%.

The purpose of this study is to see the internal locus of control and need for achievement that affect entrepreneurial intention (Survey of Students of SMK Model Patriot IV Ciawigebang Class XI Department of Institutional Financial Accounting and Office Management, Business Services). This research is a quantitative research using the Sugiono 2015 survey method. The respondents of this study were students of SMK Model Patriot IV Ciawigebang majoring in Accounting and institutional finance (AKL) and Office Management and business services (MPLB) with a total of 132 respondents. The results of this study can be concluded: 1) The Internal Locus of Control is positively and significantly distributed on Entrepreneurial Intention. 2) Need for Achiievement is positively and significantly distributed in Entrepreneurial Intention. Based on the results of the descriptive analysis test, the variable of entrepreneurial intention is in the medium category, with a total score of 54-74 as many as 88 respondents and
a relative frequency of 67%.
