Abstrak-Dengan berkembangnya perusahaan manufaktur di Indonesia, diikuti dengan persaingan bisnis yang semakin meningkat, tentunya menuntut pelaku bisnis untuk meningkatkan efisiensi disegala bidang. Tanpa persediaan, maka perusahaan dihadapkan pada resiko bahwa perusahaan tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan pelanggan tepat waktu. Pada sistem inventory Toko Ida Olshop memiliki kendala yaitu pada pengendalian persediaan barang masih dilakukan dengan cara sederhana menggunakan kebijakan pemilik Toko sehingga seiring dengan tingginya permintaan barang menyebabkan terjadinya kekurangan persediaan barang yang menghambat proses jual beli pelanggan, banyaknya produk yang tersedia menyebabkan kesulitan dalam membuat laporan barang masuk dan barang keluar sehingga memerlukan waktu yang lama dalam memproses pencatatan laporan barang. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan suatu sistem informasi inventory berbasis web untuk menangani kendala-kendala tersebut, salah satunya dengan menerapkan Sistem Informasi Inventory dengan mengimplementasikan Metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ). EOQ adalah jumlah yang seharusnya dipesan untuk meminimalkan biaya pesediaan. Sistem yang dibangun memiliki proses kelola data barang, proses kelola barang keluar dan hasil analisis barang menggunakan metode EOQ. Pada sistem dihasilkan jumlah pembelian barang yang optimal dengan menggunakan metode EOQ adalah sebesar 25 sedangkan kebijakan perusahaan sebanyak 74 sehingga mengurangi biaya sebesar Rp. 5.511.079.

Therefore, a web-based inventory information system is needed to handle these obstacles, one of them is by implementing an Inventory Information System by implementing the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) Method. EOQ is the quantity that should be ordered to minimize inventory costs. The system built has a process for managing goods data, a process for managing outgoing goods and the results of goods analysis using the EOQ method. In the system, the optimal number of purchases of goods using the EOQ method is 25, while the company policy is 74, thereby reducing costs by Rp. 5,511,079.
