Abstract

UMKM Nawang Moments menghadapi permasalahan dalam pengelolaan persediaan bahan baku buket dan kue yang masih dilakukan secara konvensional, sehingga sering terjadi ketidaksinkronan stok dan risiko kekurangan bahan baku akibat variasi lead time supplier yang tidak terukur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membangun sistem informasi Supply Chain Management (SCM) berbasis web yang mampu mengoptimalkan ketersediaan stok secara otomatis. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Waterfall, dengan penerapan metode Safety Stock untuk menghitung batas aman persediaan berdasarkan fluktuasi penggunaan harian. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi literatur pada proses bisnis Nawang Moments. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi sistem SCM ini membantu pemilik dalam memantau fluktuasi pemakaian secara real-time dan memberikan peringatan dini sebelum stok habis. Kesimpulannya, integrasi metode Safety Stock ke dalam sistem informasi SCM berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen persediaan serta meminimalisir risiko penumpukan maupun kekurangan bahan baku pada UMKM Nawang Moments.

Nawang Moments MSME faces challenges in managing raw material inventory for bouquets and pastries, which is still conducted conventionally, often leading to inventory discrepancies and the risk of material shortages due to unmeasured variations in supplier lead times. This research aims to develop a web-based Supply Chain Management (SCM) information system to optimize stock availability automatically. The system development method used is the Waterfall model, applying the Safety Stock method to calculate inventory safety limits based on daily usage fluctuations. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and literature studies on Nawang Moments' business processes. The results indicate that the implementation of this SCM system assists owners in monitoring usage fluctuations in real-time and provides early warnings before stockouts occur. In conclusion, integrating the Safety Stock method into the SCM system has successfully improved inventory management efficiency and minimized the risks of overstocking or raw material shortages at Nawang Moments MSME.
