Abstract

The research method used was quantitative with panel data regression analysis. The sampling used is a specific sample. Hypothesis testing in the study shows that Dividend Policy, Liquidity and Company Size have a positive and significant effect on Debt Policy.
Based on the classical assumption test, namely the normality test, the multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation, it was found that all variables in this study passed or met the hypothesis of all the classical assumption
tests. The results of the panel's data regression show the existence of dividend policy, liquidity and company size towards debt policy. From the hypothesis test, it is concluded that these three variables together have an effect on debt policy. The results of adjusted R square showed that all variables had a relationship of 53.19%.
