Abstract

Proses pengecekan data status pernikahan di Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA) Kecamatan Gebang masih dilakukan dengan masyarakat konfirmasi langsung ke petugas KUA sehingga proses verifikasi tidak efisien dari segi waktu. Di dalam data pernikahan terdapat data penduduk (seperti NIK) sehingga memerlukan enkripsi data untuk mencegah penyalahgunaan oleh pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun aplikasi pengecekan data status pernikahan berbasis web di KUA Kecamatan Gebang guna mendukung pelayanan administrasi kepada masyarakat serta mengimplementasikan algoritma Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) untuk mengamankan data penduduk dalam data pernikahan Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan adalah Prototype, perancangan sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), serta implementasi aplikasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Alur sistem dimulai dari petugas KUA mengelola data pernikahan, kemudian sistem melakukan enkripsi data dengan algoritma AES pada tahap simpan data ke database. Kemudian, masyarakat dapat melakukan pengecekan status pernikahan secara mandiri dengan memasukkan nama pada halaman pencarian, lalu sistem melakukan dekripsi dengan algoritma AES untuk menampilkan informasi status dan data pernikahan. Aplikasi ini dapat memudahkan masyarakat melakukan pengecekan data status pernikahan yang didukung dari hasil pengujian UAT sebesar 95,26% dengan sampel sebanyak 22 user (masyarakat dan petugas KUA).

The process of checking marital status data at the Religious Affairs Office (Kantor Urusan Agama/KUA) of Gebang District is still carried out by requiring the public to directly contact KUA officers, making the verification process inefficient in terms of time. Marital records contain citizen data (such as National Identification Numbers/NIK), which require encryption to prevent misuse by unauthorized parties. This study aims to design and develop a web-based marital status checking application at the KUA of Gebang District to support administrative services for the public and to implement the Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm to secure citizen data within marital records.The system development method used in this study is the Prototype method, while system design is modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The application is implemented using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database. The system workflow begins with KUA officers managing marital data, after which the system encrypts the data using the AES algorithm before storing it in the database. Subsequently, members of the public can independently check marital status by entering a name on the search page, and the system decrypts the data using the AES algorithm to display marital status information and related marital records. The application facilitates the public in checking marital status data more efficiently, as supported by the results of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), which achieved a score of 95.26% based on a sample of 22 users consisting of community members and KUA officers.
