ANALISIS KESIAPAN DAN PENERIMAAN PENGGUNA TERHADAP APLIKASI TELEMEDICINE HALODOC MENGGUNAKAN MODEL TRAM DI KABUPATEN KUNINGAN.

Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi digital mendorong transformasi layanan kesehatan melalui telemedicine, termasuk aplikasi Halodoc. Meskipun tingkat penggunaan telemedicine di Indonesia meningkat, kesiapan dan penerimaan masyarakat di tingkat daerah masih bervariasi, khususnya terkait faktor psikologis pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesiapan dan penerimaan pengguna terhadap aplikasi Halodoc di Kabupaten Kuningan menggunakan Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model (TRAM), yang mencakup variabel optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, insecurity, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, dan intention to use dengan total 11 hipotesis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling terhadap 304 responden dan dianalisis menggunakan PLS-SEM dengan SmartPLS 3. Hasil menunjukkan nilai Technology Readiness Index (TRI) sebesar 3,80 termasuk kategori tinggi. Sebanyak 9 hipotesis diterima dengan nilai p-value berada di bawah 0,05, sedangkan 2 hipotesis ditolak, yaitu discomfort terhadap perceived usefulness dan insecurity terhadap perceived ease of use karena tidak signifikan (p > 0,05). Secara empiris, perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap intention to use sebagai hubungan paling dominan (β = 0,597; f² = 0,377). Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa dimensi positif TRAM lebih berperan dalam mendorong penerimaan telemedicine di tingkat daerah.
The development of digital technology has driven the transformation of healthcare services through telemedicine, including the Halodoc application. Although the use of telemedicine in Indonesia has increased, user readiness and acceptance at the regional level still vary, particularly relating to psychological factors. This study aims to analyze user readiness and acceptance of the Halodoc application in Kuningan Regency using the Technology Readiness and Acceptance Model (TRAM), which includes the variables of optimism, innovativeness, discomfort, insecurity, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, and intention to use, with a total of 11 hypotheses. This study employs a quantitative method using purposive sampling with 304 respondents and is analyzed using PLS-SEM with SmartPLS 3. The results indicated that the Technology Readiness Index (TRI) score of 3.80 was classified as high. A total of 9 hypotheses were accepted with p-values below 0.05, while 2 hypotheses were rejected, namely the effect of discomfort on perceived usefulness and insecurity on perceived ease of use due to insignificance (p > 0.05). Empirically, perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on intention to use as the most dominant relationship (β = 0.597; f² = 0.377). These findings indicate that the positive dimensions of TRAM play a more significant role in driving telemedicine acceptance at the regional level..
