Learning Management System (LMS) adalah teknologi penting yang membantu proses belajar secara digital di universitas. Namun, tingkat seberapa banyak mahasiswa menerima dan menggunakan LMS masih dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang memengaruhi mahasiswa menerima dan menggunakan sistem LMS Hybrid di Universitas Kuningan, dengan menggunakan model UTAUT2. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 370 mahasiswa dari lima fakultas pada tahun akademik 2025/2026. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) melalui software SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Behavioral Intention mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Use Behavior (β = 0,269; p = 0,001). Variabel Habit berdampak positif yang signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention (β = 0,390; p < 0,001) dan Use Behavior (β = 0,422; p < 0,001), sehingga menjadi faktor yang paling berpengaruh. Selain itu, faktor Price Value juga mempunyai pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap Behavioral Intention (β = 0,224; p = 0,001). Sementara itu, Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Performance Expectancy, dan Social Influence tidak memengaruhi secara signifikan. Temuan ini diharapkan bisa digunakan sebagai bahan evaluasi oleh Universitas Kuningan untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan LMS.

Learning Management System (LMS) is a key technology that supports digital learning processes in universities. However, the extent of using LMS is still influenced by a number of factors. This study aims to identify the factors that influence students’ adoption and use of the Hybrid LMS system in Universitas Kuningan, using the UTAUT2 model. This study employes a quantitative approach, distributing questionnaires to 370 students from five faculties during the 2025/2026 academic year. Data analysis is conducted using the Structural Equation Modelling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method via the SmartPLS software. The results of the study indicate that Behavioural Intention has a positive and significant influence on Use Behaviour (β = 0.269; p = 0.001). The Habit variable has a significant positive impact on Behavioural Intention (β = 0.390; p < 0.001) and Use Behaviour (β = 0.422; p < 0.001), making it the most influential factor. Furthermore, the Price Value factor also has a significant positive influence on Behavioural Intention (β = 0.224; p = 0.001). Meanwhile, Effort Expectancy, Facilitating Conditions, Hedonic Motivation, Performance Expectancy, and Social Influence do not have a significant influence. It is hoped that these findings can be used by Universitas Kuningan as a basis for evaluation to improve the quality of its LMS services.
