Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi Aparatur Desa, Partisipasi Masyarakat, Transparansi, Akuntabilitas dan Sistem Pengendalian Internal terhadap Efektivitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa pada Desa Sewilayah Kecamatan Lebakwangi dan Kecamatan Ciawigebang, Kabupaten Kuningan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan metode verifikatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Instrumen pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 120 responden yang meliputi Kepala Desa, Sekretaris, Kaur Keuangan, dan BPD dari setiap desa. Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data digunakan menggunakan Uji Instrumen, Uji Asumsi Klasik, Uji Regresi Berganda, Uji Koefisien Determinasi, Uji Hipotesis dengan menggunakan program SPSS 20. Berdasarkan hasil Uji t menunjukan bahwa Kompetensi Aparatur Desa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Efektivitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa, Partisipasi Masyarakat berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Efektivitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa, Transparansi berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan Terhadap Efektivitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa, Akuntabilitas berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan Terhadap Efektivitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa, Sistem Pengendalian Internal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Efektivitas Pengelolaan Dana Desa.

This study aims to determine the effect of Village Apparatus Competence, Community Participation, Transparency, Accountability and Internal Control System on the Effectiveness of Village Fund Management in Villages in Lebakwangi District and Ciawigebang District, Kuningan Regency. The research method used is descriptive method and verification method with a quantitative approach. The data collection instrument in this study was a questionnaire. The sample used in this study was 120 respondents including the Village Head, Secretary, Finance Head, and BPD from each village. The technique used in sampling was purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used was Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Regression Test, Determination Coefficient Test, Hypothesis Test using the SPSS 20 program. Based on the results of the t Test, it shows that Village Apparatus Competence has a positive and significant effect on the Effectiveness of Village Fund Management, Community Participation has a positive and significant effect on the Effectiveness of Village Fund Management, Transparency has a positive but not significant effect on the Effectiveness of Village Fund Management, Accountability has a positive but not significant effect on the Effectiveness of Village Fund Management, Internal Control System has a positive and significant effect on the Effectiveness of Village Fund Management.
