Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengawasan internal, kontrol diri, dan lingkungan kerja terhadap perilaku cyberloafing pada pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Kuningan. Fenomena cyberloafing yang menyebabkan penurunan produktivitas dan kualitas kerja menjadi latar belakang penelitian ini. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan populasi pegawai Dinas Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Kuningan dan sampel sebanyak 41 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengawasan internal, kontrol diri, dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku cyberloafing. Secara parsial, setiap variabel juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku cyberloafing. Tingkat pengawasan yang rendah, kontrol diri yang kurang baik, dan lingkungan kerja yang tidak nyaman dapat meningkatkan kecenderungan pegawai untuk melakukan cyberloafing.

This study aims to analyze the effect of internal supervision, self-control, and work environment on cyberloafing behavior among employees at the Office of Manpower and Transmigration in Kuningan Regency. The phenomenon of cyberloafing, which leads to a decrease in work productivity and quality, is the background of this research. The research method used is quantitative, with the population being employees of the Office of Manpower and Transmigration in Kuningan Regency and a sample of 41 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that internal supervision, self-control, and work environment collectively have a positive and significant effect on cyberloafing behavior. Partially, each variable also has a significant effect on cyberloafing behavior. Low levels of supervision, poor self-control, and an uncomfortable work environment can increase the tendency for employees to engage in cyberloafing.
