Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi di era Revolusi Industri 4.0 mendorong transformasi dalam dunia pendidikan, termasuk dalam sistem pelaksanaan ujian. SMP Negeri 1 Karangkancana saat ini masih menggunakan Google Form untuk ujian daring, namun menghadapi kendala berupa potensi kecurangan karena soal tidak diacak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem ujian berbasis website dengan menerapkan algoritma Fisher-Yates Shuffle guna mengacak urutan soal, sehingga setiap siswa menerima soal dalam susunan yang berbeda. Sistem ini dibangun menggunakan metode Waterfall, dengan implementasi berbasis PHP dan framework CodeIgniter 4. Fitur fullscreen turut diterapkan untuk membatasi aktivitas di luar platform selama ujian berlangsung. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode White Box, Black Box, dan User Acceptance Test (UAT), dengan hasil tingkat kelayakan sebesar 96,65% dari siswa, 96,3% dari operator, dan 99,3% dari guru, yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat layak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini mampu mengoptimalkan proses evaluasi akademik di SMP Negeri 1 Karangkancana melalui penyediaan sistem ujian yang efisien, aman, dan mudah digunakan, sehingga dapat mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di era digital.

Technology developments in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 are driving transformations in the world of education, including in the test implementation system. SMP Negeri 1 Karangkancana is currently still using Google Form for online exams, but it faces obstacle in the form of potential fraud because the questions are not randomized. This study aims to develop a website-based examination system by applying the Fisher-Yates Shuffle algorithm to randomize the orser of questions, so that each student receives question in a different order. This system is built using waterfall method, with PHP-based impmenetation and CodeIgniter 4 Framework. The fullscreen feature is aslo implemented to limit activities outside the platform during exam. Testing is conducted using White Box, Black Box and User Acceptance Test (UAT) methods, with the result of the eligibelity rate of 96.65% of students, 96.3% of operators and 99.3% of teachers, wich are include in the category of very worthy. The result shows that this system is able to optimize the academic evaluatin process in SMP Negeri 1 Karangkancana through the provision of an efficient, secure and easy-to-use examination system, so as tio support improving the quality of education in the digital era.
