Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh work family conflict, beban kerja dan stres kerja terhadap kinerja tenaga kesehatan pada rumah sakit di kabupaten Kuningan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah tidak diketahui secara pasti. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 130 responden tenaga kesehatan perempuan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik kuisioner. Skala kuisioner yang digunakan 1-7. Pengujian instrument menggunaka uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, koefisien determinasi, pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t dan uji F. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara simultan work family conflict, beban kera dan stres kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja. Work family conflict berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhdap kinerja. Beban kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Dan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja.

The aim of this study was to find out how work-family conflict, workload and work stress affected on performance of health workers in hospitals in Kuningan Regency. This type of research was quantitative descriptive used a survey method. The population in this study was unknown. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling with a purposive sampling method. The sample used was 130 female health worker respondents in Kuningan Regency. The data collection technique used a questionnaire technique. The questionnaire scale used was 1-7. Instrument testing used validity and reliability tests. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, hypothesis testing using the t-test and F-test assisted by the SPSS 23 application. Based on the results of this research shows that: 1) Simultaneously, work-family conflict, workload and work stress have a positive and significant effect on performance 2) Work-family conflict had a positive and significant effect on performance 4) Workload had a negative and significant effect on performance 4) Work stress had a positive and significant effect on performance.
