Abstract

ABSTRAK

Amelia Agustin 20210510223 ’’Pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai’’ Dengan Pembimbing I Dr. H. Ayus A. Yusuf, M.Si dan Pembimbing II Dr. Dadang Suhardi, S.E., M.M. Program Studi Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Kuningan, 2025.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskripif kuantitatif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Sebanyak 41 Pegawai pada Dinas Tenaga Kerja Dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Kuningan menjadi sampel penelitian ini. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner berbentuk google from dengan skala interval. Data hasil penelitian diolah menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Disiplin Kerja juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, demikian pula dengan Iklim Organisasi yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
Kata Kunci : Lingkungan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja, Iklim Organisasi, Kinerja Pegawai.

Amelia Agustin 20210510223 ’’ The influence Of The Work Environment, Work Discipline and Organizational Climate On Employee Perfomance’’ With Supervisor I Dr. H. Ayus A. Yusuf, M.Si and Supervisor II Dr. Dadang Suhardi, S.E., M.M. Management Study Program, Faculty Of Economics and Business, Kuningan University 2025.
This study aimed to determine The influence Of The Work Environment, Work Discipline and Organizational Climate On Employee Perfomance. The method used in this study was quantitative descriptive analysis, with data collection tecniques using a saturated sample technique. A total of 41 civil servants at the Departement Of Manpower and Transmigration in Kuningan Regency were the sample for this study. Data were collected using a questionnaire in the from of document sheet with a Interval scale. The research data were processed using SPSS version 26. The result showed that work enviroment had a positive and significan effect on employee perfomance. Discipline also had a positive and significan effect on employee perfomance, as did organization climate, wich also had a positive and significan effect on employee work discipline.
