Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Lingkungan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi Dan Motivasi Terhadap Disiplin Kerja. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Pegawai Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Kuningan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 96 responden. Teknik sampel menggunakan metode teknik purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket. Skala angket yang digunakan adalah skala interval 1-10. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda yang dibantu dengan aplikasi SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) Lingkungan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, dan Motivasi secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja. (2) Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja. (3) Komitmen Organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja. (4) Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Disiplin Kerja.

This study aimed to determine the influence of Work Environment, Organizational Commitment, and Motivation on Work Discipline. The research was a descriptive study using a quantitative approach. The population consisted of employees of the Civil Service Police Unit of Kuningan Regency. The sample included 96 respondents, selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a 1–10 interval scale. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS 26 software.The results showed that: (1) Work Environment, Organizational Commitment, and Motivation simultaneously had a positive and significant influence on Work Discipline; (2) Work Environment had a positive and significant influence on Work Discipline; (3) Organizational Commitment had a positive and significant influence on Work Discipline; and (4) Motivation had a positive and significant influence on Work Discipline.
