Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) Pengaruh employee engagement terhadap kepuasan kerja (2) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja (3) pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karayawan (4) pengaruh employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan (5) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan (6) pengaruh employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan
melalui kepuasan kerja (7) pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode
SEM dengan bantuan software AMOS, Sampel yang dijadikan penelitian ini adalah sama dengan jumlah populasi atau sering disebut sampel jenuh sebanyak 130 orang.
Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis SEM dengan nilai kriteria goodness of fit dengan hasil dari estimasi CR (Critical Rasio) dan P. Value. Hasil penelitian ini
adalah (1) employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (2) motivasi kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap
kepuasan kerja (3) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (4) employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (5) motivasi kerja berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (6) kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh employee engagement terhadap kinerja karyawan (7) kepuasan kerja tidak memediasi pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan.

This study aimed to determine: (1) The effect of employee engagement on job satisfaction (2) The effect of work motivation on job satisfaction (3) The effect of job satisfaction on employee performance (4) The effect of employee engagement on employee performance (5) The effect of work motivation on employee performance (6) The effect of employee engagement on employee performance through job satisfaction (7) The effect of work motivation on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research employs the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the assistance of AMOS software. The sample used in this study
is equal to the total population, also known as a saturated sample, consisting of 130 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique applied in this study is SEM analysis using goodness-of-fit criteria, with
estimation results based on Critical Ratio (CR) and P-Value. The findings of this research indicate that: (1) employee engagement has a positive but not significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) work motivation has a negative but not significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) job satisfaction has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance, (4) employee engagement has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, (5) work motivation has a negative but not significant effect on employee performance, (6) job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of employee engagement on employee performance, and (7) job satisfaction does not mediate the effect of work motivation on employee performance.
