Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi internal,
dukungan manajerial dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai kantor kecamatan
cigugur. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai kantor kecamatan cigugur.
Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan responden sebanyak 56 orang. Teknik
pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner (Angket). Teknik analisis data
yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji instrumen (uji validitas dan uji
reliabilitas) uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi
pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan program SPSS 27.0 for windows. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan komunikasi internal, dukungan manajerial dan pelatihan
secara bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel komunikasi
internal tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
Variabel dukungan manajerial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai
dan variabel pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai
kantor kecamatan cigugur.

The objective of this study is to determine the influence of internal communication,
managerial support, and training on the performance of employees at the Cigugur
Sub-District Office. The population in this study consists of employees working at
the Cigugur Sub-District Office. The sample was determined by selecting 56
respondents. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire. The data
analysis techniques used in this study include instrument testing (validity and
reliability tests), classical assumption tests, multiple regression analysis, coefficient
of determination, and hypothesis testing using SPSS 27.0 for Windows.The results
show that internal communication, managerial support, and training
simultaneously influence employee performance. However, the internal
communication variable does not have a positive or significant effect on employee
performance. The managerial support variable has a significant effect on employee
performance, and the training variable has a positive and significant effect on the
performance of employees at the Cigugur Sub-District Office.
