Latar belakang masalah pada penelitian ini adalah terdapat permasalahan hasil belajar siswa kelas XI Mata Pelajaran Kewirausahaan yang masih banyak memperoleh nilai dibawah KKM (Kriteria Ketuntasan Belajar minimal), penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan mendeskripsikan (1) pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa, (2) pengaruh motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa, (3) motivasi belajar memperlemah atau memperkuat pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Variabel penelitian yang digunakan ada budaya sekolah sebagai variabel bebas dan hasil belajar sebagai variabel terikat, serta motivasi belajar sebagai variabel Moderasi. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah survei berupa angket dengan skala pada variabel budaya sekolah 20 pernyataan dan motivasi belajar 20 pernyataan. Analisis data yang digunakan ialah analisis deskriptif, uji normalitas, uji multikolinitas, uji t, dan uji MRA (Multiple Regression Analysis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) terdapat pengaruh positif antara budaya sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa, (2) terdapat pengaruh positif antara motivasi belajar terhadap hasil belajar siswa, (3) motivasi belajar memperlemah pengaruh budaya sekolah terhadap hasil belajar siswa.

The background of the problem in this study is that there are problems with the learning outcomes of Grade XI students in the entrepreneurship subject, many of whom still get scores below the KKM (Minimum Learning Completeness). This study aims to examine and describe (1) the influence of school culture on student learning outcomes, (2) the influence of learning motivation on student learning outcomes, (3) learning motivation strengthens or weakens the influence of school culture on student learning outcomes. The research variables used are school culture as the independent variable and learning outcomes as the dependent variable, and learning motivation as the moderator variable. The research method used in this study is a survey in the form of a questionnaire with items on the school culture variable (20 statements) and learning motivation (20 statements). The data analysis used is descriptive analysis, normality test, multicollinearity test, t-test and MRA (Multiple Regression Analysis) test. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a positive influence between school culture and student learning outcomes, (2) there is a positive influence between learning motivation and student learning outcomes, (3) learning motivation weakens the influence of school culture on student learning outcomes.
