Abstract

Susie Make Up Wedding Service merupakan penyedia layanan pernikahan yang membantu calon pengantin dalam mempersiapkan acara pernikahan. Namun, proses pengambilan keputusan yang masih bergantung pada subjektivitas manusia yang cenderung tidak konsisten dan kurang didasarkan pada data yang objektif. Selain itu, proses pengelolaan pemesanan dan pencatatan transaksi yang masih dilakukan secara konvensional menyebabkan kesulitan dalam memantau dan mengatur pemesanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem penunjang keputusan berbasis web yang dilengkapi fitur pengelolaan pemesanan dan pencatatan transaksi. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakan model Waterfall agar proses perancangan dan implementasi berjalan sistematis. Sistem ini menggunakan metode TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi terbaik. Kriteria yang digunakan yaitu harga, attire, dekorasi, fotografer, layanan tambahan, dan fasilitas. Hasil penelitian ini menghasilkan dari 9 alternatif, paket 1 make up + attire + dekorasi memiliki nilai referensi paling besar yaitu 0,5310 yang menunjukan paket 1 make up + attire + dekorasi menjadi pilihan paket rekomendasi terbaik. Dengan demikian, sistem mampu mengurangi subjektivitas yang membantu calon pengantin mengambil keputusan dalam memilih paket pernikahan secara lebih objektif.

Susie Make Up Wedding Service is a wedding service provider that assists couples in preparing their wedding events. However, the decision making process for selecting wedding packages still heavily relies on human subjectivity, which tends to be inconsistent and lacks of a foundation in objective data. Additionally, the booking management and transaction recording processes are still conducted manually, making difficult to monitor and manage reservations effectively. This study aims to develop a web-based decision support system equipped with features for managing bookings and recording transactions. The system is developed using the Waterfall model to ensure a systematic design and implementation process. The TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method is used to generate the best recommendations. The criteria used include price, attire, decoration, photographer, additional services, and facilities. The results of this study show that out of 9 alternatives, "Paket 1 Make Up + Attire + Dekorasi" obtained the highest preference value of0,5310. It means that the package is as the most recommended wedding package. Thus, the system can reduce subjectivity and assist prospective brides and grooms in making more objective decisions when selecting a wedding package.
