Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan bukti atau fakta empiris tentang pengaruh pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, pelatihan personal akuntansi, kemampuan teknik personal dan keterlibatan pemakai terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi studi kasus pada SKPD Kabupaten Kuningan. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Sample penelitian ini adalah 114 pegawai SKPD di Kabupaten Kuningan. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan penelitian ini bahwa secara simultan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, pelatihan personal akuntansi, kemampuan teknik personal dan keterlibatan pemakai berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi, dan secara parsial pemanfaatan teknologi informasi, pelatihan personal akuntansi, kemampuan teknik personal dan keterlibatan pemakai berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi.

This study aims to produce empirical evidence regarding the influence of information technology utilization, accounting personal training, personal technical ability, and user involvement on the effectiveness of accounting information systems, a case study conducted at the Regional Apparatus Organization of Kuningan Regency. This research is quantitative in nature. The sample consists of 114 employees of the Regional Apparatus Organization in Kuningan Regency. Data collection method employed in this study is through questionnaire. Data analysis techniques utilized multiple linear regression analysis. Based on this research, it is found that the simultaneous utilization of information technology, accounting personal training, personal technical ability, and user involvement collectively influence the effectiveness of accounting information systems. Moreover, individually, the utilization of information technology, accounting personal training, personal technical ability, and user involvement each have a significant positive influence on the effectiveness of accounting information systems.
