Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh kompetensi dan kerjasama tim terhadap kinerja karyawan, serta mengevaluasi peran motivasi sebagai variabel moderasi pada CV Surya Nedika Isabella, perusahaan air mineral dalam kemasan di Kabupaten Kuningan. Penurunan kinerja karyawan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir menjadi indikator perlunya telaah terhadap variabel-variabel sumber daya manusia yang relevan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei, melibatkan 80 responden yang dipilih secara proporsional. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi dan kerjasama tim berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Namun, motivasi tidak terbukti memoderasi hubungan antara kompetensi dan kinerja. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa kompetensi individu belum mampu memberikan kontribusi maksimal terhadap kinerja dalam konteks kerja yang terstruktur dan berbasis tim. Sebaliknya, motivasi terbukti memoderasi hubungan antara kerjasama tim dan kinerja, yang mencerminkan bahwa motivasi berperan penting dalam mendorong kontribusi aktif dalam tim. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan aspek motivasional dan peningkatan kualitas kerja tim untuk mendorong kinerja optimal. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini mengarah pada perlunya intervensi manajerial yang difokuskan pada pelatihan problem solving, sistem evaluasi kontribusi tim, serta perbaikan skema insentif yang lebih adaptif terhadap kondisi kerja operasional.

This study aimed to examine the effect of competence and teamwork on employee performance, as well as to evaluate the role of motivation as a moderating variable at CV Surya Nedika Isabella, a bottled drinking water company located in Kuningan Regency. The declining trend in employee performance over the past few years indicated the need to investigate relevant human resource variables. This research employed a quantitative approach with a survey method involving 80 proportionally selected respondents. Data were analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) with the help of SPSS version 26. The findings showed that both competence and teamwork had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. However, motivation did not moderate the relationship between competence and performance. This indicated that individual competence had not been fully optimized in contributing to performance within a structured and team-based work system. On the other hand, motivation was proven to moderate the relationship between teamwork and performance, implying that motivation played a crucial role in driving active contributions within a team. These findings highlighted the importance of managing motivational factors and improving the quality of teamwork to achieve optimal performance. The practical implications suggested that managerial interventions should focus on problem-solving training, implementing a team contribution-based evaluation system, and enhancing incentive schemes that were more adaptive to operational work conditions
