This research was motivated by the low self-efficacy of students in learning mathematics, the frequent distractions caused by technology that reduce students' focus and interest in learning, underdeveloped communication and collaboration skills during learning, and the limited integration of technology, pedagogy, and content by teachers in the learning process. Therefore, a learning model that effectively integrates technology, pedagogy, and content is needed. This study aims to describe the development procedure, validity, practicality, and improvement of students' self-efficacy through a Blended Learning media based on Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge (TPACK) using the Moodle platform. The research design employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research was conducted at SMK Model Patriot IV Ciawigebang with 31 students from Grade XI as the subjects. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The instruments used were validation sheets from content and media experts, practicality sheets for teachers and students, and self-efficacy questionnaires. Data were obtained from the validation results of content and media experts, practicality responses from teachers and students, and self-efficacy questionnaires. Data analysis techniques included Moodle validity analysis, Moodle practicality analysis, and analysis of self-efficacy improvement. The results showed that the media validity according to content experts 1 and 2 reached 87.94% and 94.19%, TPACK user experts 1 and 2 reached 90.22% and 94.52%, while media experts 1 and 2 reached 94.39% and 93.67%. The practicality based on teacher responses reached 91.66%, and based on student responses reached 90.66%. In addition, the pre-test and post-test results showed a significant improvement in students’ self-efficacy, with the average pre-test score of 55 increasing to 87 in the post-test. The N-Gain test showed a self-efficacy improvement score of 0.70, categorized as high. The final product of this development research is a TPACK-based Blended Learning media using Moodle, developed in accordance with the ADDIE model, proven to be valid, practical, and capable of improving students' self-efficacy. For further development, it is suggested to involve IT experts to optimize the interactive features of Moodle.
