Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, self-efficacy, dan work-life balance terhadap kinerja karyawan di CV Surya Nedika Isabella. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari seluruh karyawan CV Surya Nedika Isabella yang berjumlah 80 orang, dan menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala interval 1-10. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan perangkat lunak IBM SPSS 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional, self efficacy, dan work-life balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Secara khusus, setiap variabel kepemimpinan transformasional, self-efficacy, dan work-life balance menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial terhadap kinerja karyawan. Model tersebut menjelaskan 50,7% variasi kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi oleh faktor kepemimpinan transformasional, self-efficacy, dan work-life balance, sedangkan 49,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar variabel yang diteliti.

This study aimed to examine the effect of transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and work-life balance on employee performance at CV Surya Nedika Isabella. The research employed a descriptive quantitative method. The population consisted of all 80 employees at CV Surya Nedika Isabella, selected using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through a questionnaire utilizing a 1–10 interval scale. The data were then analyzed using multiple linear regression with the aid of IBM SPSS 26 software. The results indicated that transformational leadership, self efficacy, and work-life balance had a positive and significant effect on employee performance, both simultaneously and partially. Specifically, each variable—transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and work-life balance—showed a partially positive and significant influence on performance. The model explained 50.7% of the variation in employee performance, which was influenced by the factors of transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and work-life balance, while 49.3% was influenced by other factors outside the variables studied.
