Kemajuan teknologi informasi telah mendorong transformasi pembelajaran melalui penggunaan Learning Management System (LMS). Namun, banyak platform LMS yang belum sepenuhnya selaras dengan pendekatan Outcome-Based Education (OBE) yang menekankan pencapaian hasil belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengembangkan LMS berbasis OBE pada platform KampusKomputer.com yang dapat mendukung pencapaian learning outcomes secara efektif, sekaligus memudahkan pengajar dalam penilaian dan pelaporan hasil belajar student. Metode Pengembangan Sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Metode Prototyping yang diintegrasikan dengan Model Pendekatan Design Thinking untuk Penyelesaian Masalah. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur, wawancara, dan observasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem LMS yang dirancang mampu memberikan kemudahan bagi pengajar dalam melakukan penilaian berbasis OBE dan menyusun laporan hasil belajar student dengan lebih efisien serta hasil Metode UAT yang Sangat Baik dengan Skor 90.6%. Dengan demikian, LMS yang dikembangkan tidak hanya memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna, tetapi juga mampu mendukung proses pembelajaran berbasis OBE secara optimal. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi yang relevan bagi institusi pendidikan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran berbasis teknologi.

The advancement of information technology has driven the transformation of education through the use of Learning Management Systems (LMS). However, many LMS platforms are not yet fully aligned with the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) approach, which emphasizes the achievement of learning outcomes. This study aims to design and develop an OBE-based LMS on the KampusKomputer.com platform to effectively support the attainment of learning outcomes, and also to assist lecturers in assessing and reporting student performance. The system development method used in this research is the Prototyping Method, integrated with the Design Thinking Approach Model for problem-solving. Data is collected through literature studies, interviews, and observations. The results show that the designed LMS provides convenience for lecturers in conducting OBE-based assessments and compiling student learning outcome reports more efficiently, achieving an excellent User Acceptance Test (UAT) score of 90.6%. Therefore, the developed LMS not only meets user needs but also optimally supports OBE-based learning processes. This system is expected to serve as a relevant solution for educational institutions in improving the quality of technology-based learning.
