Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh stres kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap perilaku cyberloafing dengan self-control sebagai variabel moderating. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Kabupaten Kuningan dengan sampel yang diambil 123 orang. Instrumen penelitian ini berupa kuesioner yang berisi pernyataan dan menyebarkan melalui bantuan google forms. Teknis analisis data menggunakan analisis moderated regression analysis, koefisien determinasi, dan uji hipotesis dengan bantuan program SPSS versi 26. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dari hipotesis yang diajukan memperoleh kesimpulan bahwa : (1) stres kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap perilaku cyberloafing, (2) lingkungan kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap perilaku cyberloafing, (3) self-control tidak memoderasi pengaruh hubungan stres kerja terhadap perilaku cyberloafing, (4) self-control tidak memoderasi pengaruh
hubungan lingkungan kerja terhadap perilaku cyberloafing.

This study aims to examine the effect of work stress and work environment on cyberloafing behaviour with self-control as a moderating variable. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with a survey method. The sample
in this study was the Kuningan Regency Pamong Praja Police Unit with a sample of 123 people taken. This research instrument is a questionnaire that contains statements and distributes through the help of google forms. Technical data
analysis using moderated regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing with the help of the SPSS version 26 program. Based on the test results of the proposed hypothesis, it can be concluded that: (1) work stress has a positive effect on cyberloafing behaviour, (2) work environment has no effect on cyberloafing behaviour, (3) self-control does not moderate the effect of work stress
on cyberloafing behaviour, (4) self-control does not moderate the effect of work environment on cyberloafing behaviour.
