Salah satu instrumen pasar modal yang biasanya diperjual belikanyaitusekuritas dalam bentuk saham, saham merupakan jenis investasi yangdapat
memberikan keuntungan besar namun memiliki risiko yang tinggi. Harga sahammerupakan faktor penting yang harus diperhatikan oleh investor dalammelakukaninvestasi di pasar modal, karena harga saham dapat menunjukkan keberhasilanmanajemen dalam mengelola perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui
pengaruh kebijakan dividen, pertumbuhan laba dan struktur modal terhadaphargasahambaik secara parsial maupun secara simultan. Metode yang digunakandalampenelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif verifikatif. Populasi yang digunakanadalahPerusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2019 - 2023 yaitu sebanyak24perusahaan. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan yaitu purposive samplingdimana sampel yang dipilih berdasarkan dengan pertimbangan dan kriteria tertentusehingga diperoleh sampel sebanyak 12 perusahaan BUMN. Teknik Analisayangdigunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Teknik analisis regresi data panel denganmenggunakan alat bantu Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1)Kebijakan Dividen (DPR), Pertumbuhan Laba dan Struktur Modal(DER) secarasimultan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Harga Saham. 2) KebijakanDividen(DPR) secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap Harga Saham. 3) PertumbuhanLaba secara parsial berpengaruh positif terhadap Harga Saham4) StrukturModal(DER) secara parsial berpengaruh negatif terhadap Harga Saham.

One of the capital market instruments that is commonly traded is securitiesinthe form of stocks. Stocks are a type of investment that can of er high returns but alsocome with high risks. Stock price is an important factor that investors must considerwhen investing in the capital market, as it reflects the success of the company’smanagement in running the business. This study aims to determine the ef ect of
dividend policy, profit growth, and capital structure on stock prices, both partiallyand simultaneously. The method used in this research is descriptive-verificative. Thepopulation consists of state-owned enterprises (SOEs) listed on the IndonesiaStockExchange during the 2019–2023 period, totaling 24 companies. The samplingtechnique used is purposive sampling, in which the sample is selected basedonspecific considerations and criteria, resulting in 12 SOEs as the sample. Theanalytical technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis withtheassistance of EViews 9 software. The results of the study show that: 1) DividendPolicy (DPR), Profit Growth, and Capital Structure (DER) simultaneously haveasignificant ef ect on Stock Prices. 2) Dividend Policy (DPR) partially has apositiveef ect on Stock Prices. 3) Profit Growth partially has a positive ef ect on Stock Prices. 4) Capital Structure (DER) partially has a negative ef ect on Stock Prices.
