Abstract

Pemanfaatan Augmented Reality (AR) dalam pendidikan menciptakan media
pembelajaran interaktif. Penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi pembelajaran
biologi berbasis Augmented Reality menggunakan Unity 3D, Vuforia, dan Blender
untuk menampilkan objek 3D virus pada tumbuhan, hewan, dan manusia, disertai
penjelasan teks dan audio. Aplikasi dilengkapi fitur kuis dengan algoritma Fisher
Yates Shuffle untuk mengacak 25 soal dari 100 bank soal, serta fitur riwayat nilai
dan informasi penggunaan. Terdapat dua aktor pengguna, yakni guru (mengelola
soal dan melihat nilai) dan siswa (mengakses materi dan menjawab kuis).
Pengembangan menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) dan
diuji melalui black-box, white-box, serta User Acceptance Test (UAT). Hasil UAT
terhadap 75 siswa dan 1 guru menunjukkan penerimaan positif, dengan persentase
kelayakan siswa 91,7% dan guru 96%. Aplikasi dinilai layak sebagai media
pembelajaran tambahan yang memudahkan siswa memahami materi virus pada
tumbuhan, hewan, dan manusia.

The use of Augmented Reality (AR) in education creates opportunities for
interactive learning media. This study developed a biology learning application
based on AR using Unity 3D, Vuforia, and Blender to display 3D virus models in
plants, animals, and humans, accompanied by text and audio explanations. The app
includes a quiz feature that uses the Fisher-Yates Shuffle algorithm to randomize
25 questions from a bank of 100, along with score history and usage information.
There are two user roles: teachers (managing questions and viewing scores) and
students (accessing materials and taking quizzes). The system was developed using
the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach and tested through black-box,
white-box, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). UAT results from 75 students and
1 teacher showed positive reception, with student feasibility rated at 91.7% and
teacher rating at 96%. The application is considered suitable as a supplementary
learning tool that helps students better understand viruses in plants, animals, and
humans.
