Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk memberikan bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh Kecanggihan Teknologi Informasi, Partisipasi Manajemen, Kemampuan Teknik Personal Terhadap Efektivitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi. Objek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Karyawan RSU KMC Luragung. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 64 orang dari 178 populasi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif dengan jenis data kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dengan menggunakan uji regresi linier berganda menggunakan SPSS 20. Hasil penelitian, hasil uji goodness of fit (uji f) menunjukkan model fit. Serta uji parsial (uji t) menunjukkan bahwa kecangihhan teknologi informasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi, partisipasi manajemen berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi, dan kemampuan teknik personal berpengaruh positif dan siginikan terhadap efektivitas sistem informasi akuntansi.

The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence regarding the influence of Information Technology Sophistication, Management Participation, and Personal Technical Skills on the Effectiveness of Accounting Information Systems. The object used in this study is the employees of KMC Luragung General Hospital. The sample used consisted of 64 people from a population of 178. The method used in this study is descriptive and verificative method with quantitative data type. Data collection techniques used observation technique using multiple linear regression test using SPSS 20. The results of the research, the goodness of fit test results show the fit model. And the partial test (t test) shows that information technology sophistication has a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of accounting information systems, management participation has a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of accounting information systems, and personal technical skills have a significant positive effect on the effectiveness of accounting information systems.
