Abstract

Penelitian ini mengembangkan aplikasi Augmented Reality (AR) untuk pemasaran furnitur, dengan studi kasus di Toko Aden Safira Jepara. Aplikasi ini menggunakan algoritma Fast Corner Detection untuk menampilkan furnitur secara real-time di ruang pengguna, membantu calon pembeli memvisualisasikan pilihan furnitur dengan lebih realistis. Pengembangan aplikasi mengikuti metodologi Rational Unified Process (RUP) yang terdiri dari empat tahap: inception, elaboration, construction, dan transition, untuk memastikan aplikasi yang solid dan mudah digunakan.
Perancangan aplikasi menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML), yang mencakup use case diagram, activity diagram, class diagram, dan sequence diagram untuk memvisualisasikan arsitektur sistem. Pendekatan berbasis UML ini memastikan aplikasi mudah dipelihara dan dipahami oleh pengembang di masa depan. Aplikasi ini dirancang untuk membantu konsumen memilih furnitur secara virtual dan menilai kecocokannya dalam ruang mereka menggunakan visualisasi 3D, yang memudahkan pengambilan keputusan pembelian. Hasil User Acceptance Testing (UAT) menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan tinggi, dengan skor 94%, menandakan aplikasi efektif sebagai alat pemasaran dan dukungan keputusan, serta membantu pelanggan memilih furnitur yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan preferensi mereka.

This research develops an Augmented Reality (AR) application for furniture marketing, with a case study at Aden Safira Furniture Store in Jepara. The application uses the Fast Corner Detection algorithm to display furniture in real-time within the user's space, helping potential buyers visualize their furniture choices more realistically. The application development follows the Rational Unified Process (RUP) methodology, which consists of four stages: inception, elaboration, construction, and transition, to ensure a solid and user-friendly application.
The application design uses Unified Modeling Language (UML), which includes use case diagrams, activity diagrams, class diagrams, and sequence diagrams to visualize the system architecture. This UML-based approach ensures that the application is easy to maintain and understand by future developers. The application is designed to help consumers virtually select furniture and assess its suitability in their space using 3D visualization, which facilitates the decision-making process for purchasing. The results of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) show a high satisfaction rate, with a score of 94%, indicating that the application is effective as a marketing tool and decision-support system, helping customers choose furniture that fits their needs and preferences.
