Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh hasil observasi pada siswa kelas 3 SDN 2 Windusengkahan, Kecamatan Kuningan, Kabupaten Kuningan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan atau menggambarkan dampak perilaku perundungan siswa kelas 3 di SDN 2 Windusengkahan.Jenis metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan instrumen observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan non-probability sampling. Hasil dari penelitian ini 1) Perilaku perundungan yang terjadi pada kelas 3 ini dalam bentuk verbal langsung (diancam, dipermalukan, diganggu, dipanggil nama yang buruk, diejek, difitnah/disebarkan gosip yang tidak benar), non-verbal langsung (dilihat sinis, ekspresi muka yang merendahkan) dan non-verbal tidak langsung (diabaikan,didiamkan, dirusak hubungan pertemanan). 2) Perilaku perundungan berdampak signifikan pada dimensi kecerdasan interpersonal siswa, meliputi: merasa terisolasi, kehilangan kepercayaan diri, dan kesulitan untuk berempati dengan orang lain. Mereka cenderung menutup diri, merasa rendah diri, dan kesulitan dalam menghadapi situasi sosial yang kompleks. serta mengalami kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi secara efektif dan mendengarkan dengan baik Temuan ini menggarisbawahi pentingnya upaya pencegahan dan penanganan perundungan di lingkungan sekolah sejak dini, serta pentingnya mengembangkan kecerdasan interpersonal siswa untuk menciptakan lingkungan yang aman dan kondusif bagi perkembangan anak-anak.

This research was motivated by the results of observations of 3rd grade students of SDN 2 Windusengkahan, Kuningan District, Kuningan Regency. The purpose of this study is to describe or describe the impact of bullying behavior of grade 3 students at SDN 2 Windusengkahan. The type of method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research using observation, interview, and documentation instruments. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling. The results of this study 1) Bullying behavior that occurs in class 3 is in the form of direct verbal (threatened, humiliated, bullied, called bad names, ridiculed, slandered / spread gossip that is not true), direct non-verbal (seen sarcastically, degrading facial expressions) and indirect non-verbal (ignored, silenced, damaged friendship relationships). 2) Bullying behavior has a significant impact on the dimensions of students' interpersonal intelligence, including: feeling isolated, losing self-confidence, and difficulty empathizing with others. They tend to close themselves off, feel inferior, and have difficulty in dealing with complex social situations. as well as having difficulty communicating effectively and listening well These findings underscore the importance of preventing and handling bullying in the school environment from an early age, as well as the importance of developing students' interpersonal intelligence to create a safe and conducive environment for students.
