Abstract

Toko Happy menghadapi tantangan dalam pengelolaan stok pakan ikan akibat kurangnya perencanaan yang baik. Stok menjadi tidak teratur dan berpotensi mengalami penimbunan. Selain itu, menentukan stok minimum dan waktu/jumlah pesanan yang tepat juga menjadi masalah. Kondisi ini mengakibatkan kesulitan dalam menjaga efisiensi operasional dalam pemesanan stok pakan ikan. Oleh karena itu dilakukan penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu pengelolaan stok pakan ikan dengan menggunakan metode EOQ dan memanfaatkan teknologi web dengan metode pengembangan prototype. Data EOQ, yang mencakup total kebutuhan, biaya pemesanan, dan biaya penyimpanan, digunakan sebagai dasar analisis. Dalam konteks sistem informasi, pendekatan berbasis web dengan pengembangan prototype memberikan platform yang terstruktur dan adaptif bagi Toko Happy. Sistem informasi ini dirancang untuk secara otomatis mengintegrasikan data stok, permintaan pelanggan, dan parameter EOQ untuk memfasilitasi pengambilan keputusan yang lebih akurat dalam pengelolaan stok pakan ikan. Diharapkan, solusi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan daya saing Toko Happy di pasar, tetapi juga mempertahankan kepuasan pelanggan melalui layanan yang lebih baik dan ketersediaan produk yang konsisten. Hasil penelitian, berdasarkan simulasi perhitungan menggunakan metode EOQ pada pakan ikan jenis pilar, menunjukkan bahwa jumlah pemesanan optimal selama satu periode adalah sebanyak 2.250 pak, dilakukan dalam 4 kali pemesanan dalam satu periode, dengan total biaya pesan Rp 81.311.000 dan biaya penyimpanan Rp 1.617.666 per tahun.

Toko Happy faces challenges in managing fish food stocks due to a lack of good planning. Stock becomes irregular and has the potential to experience hoarding. In addition, determining the minimum stock and the right order time/quantity is also a problem. This condition results in difficulties in maintaining operational efficiency in ordering fish feed stocks. Therefore, this research was carried out with the aim of helping manage fish food stocks using the EOQ method and utilizing web technology with the prototype development method. EOQ data, which includes total requirements, ordering costs, and holding costs, is used as the basis for analysis. In the context of information systems, a web-based approach with prototype development provides a structured and adaptive platform for Toko Happy. This information system is designed to automatically integrate stock data, customer demand, and EOQ parameters to facilitate more accurate decision making in fish feed stock management. It is hoped that this solution will not only increase Toko Happy's competitiveness in the market, but also maintain customer satisfaction. through better service and consistent product availability. The research results, based on calculation simulations using the EOQ method for pillar type fish food, show that the optimal number of orders during one period is 2,250 packs, made in 4 orders in one period, with a total ordering cost of IDR 81,311,000 and storage costs IDR 1,617 ,666 per year.
