Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris tentang pengaruh Profitabilitas, Struktur Aktiva dan Likuiditas terhadap Struktur Modal pada Perusahaan Property, Real Estate, & Building Construction yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2019-2022. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Eviews 10. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Metode deskriptif yaitu metode yang meliputi pengumpulan data dalam rangka menguji hipotesis atau menjawab pertanyaan menyangkut keadaan pada waktu yang sedang berjalan dari suatu penelitian. Sedangkan metode verifikatif yaitu metode yang bertujuan untuk mengecek pengaruh serta hubungan dari variabel dependen terhadap independen. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis variabel Profitabilitas memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal, Struktur Aktiva memiliki hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal, dan Likuiditas memiliki hubungan negatif dan signifikan terhadap Struktur Modal.

This research aims to obtain empirical evidence about the influence of Profitability, Asset Structure and Liquidity on Capital Structure in Property, Real Estate & Building Construction Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2019-2022 Period. Data were analyzed using Eviews 10. The method used in this research was descriptive and verification methods. The descriptive method is a method that includes collecting data in order to test hypotheses or answer questions regarding the current state of a research. Meanwhile, the verification method is a method that aims to check the influence and relationship of the dependent variable to the independent. Based on hypothesis testing, the Profitability variable has a positive and significant relationship to Capital Structure, Asset Structure has a positive and significant relationship to Capital Structure, and Liquidity has a negative and significant relationship to Capital Structure.
