Abstract

Implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi merupakan pendekatan instruksional dimana guru menggunakan berbagai metode pengajaran untuk memenuhi kebutuhan individual setiap siswa sesuai dengan karakteristik dan kebutuhan unik mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dan mengetahui kekurangan serta kelebihan guru di sekolah dasar negeri 2 Karangtawang. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode studi deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari sumber data primer yaitu Guru kelas 1 dan 4 di SD Negeri 2 Karangtawang. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini wawancara dan observasi. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu observasi modul ajar dan pedoman wawancara yang dilakukan pada Guru kelas 1 dan 4 di SD Negeri 2 Karangtawang. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data model Miles and Huberman dan tahapan dalam analisis data melibatkan kegiatan seperti reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ditemukan (1) Para guru masih memerlukan penyesuaian terhadap kurikulum merdeka, (2) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi masih belum maksimal, terutama karena guru cenderung mengandalkan metode ceramah dan kurang mampu mengelola interaksi di kelas. Dengan penerapan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dalam kurikulum merdeka diharapkan dapat menjadi langkah yang relevan untuk mencapai tujuan pendidikan yang lebih baik, dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan dan kemampuan individual siswa.

The implementation of differentiated learning is an instructional approach where teachers use various teaching methods to meet the individual needs of each student according to their unique characteristics and needs. This research aims to describe the implementation of differentiated learning and determine the strengths and weaknesses of teachers at the Karangtawang 2 public elementary school. This type of research is qualitative research using qualitative descriptive research methods. The subjects in this research consisted of primary data sources, namely grade 1 and 4 teachers at SD Negeri 2 Karangtawang. The data collection techniques used in this research were interviews and observation. The instruments used in this research were an open observation module and interview guidelines conducted on grade 1 and 4 teachers at SD Negeri 2 Karangtawang. The data analysis technique used in this research is the Miles and Huberman model of data analysis and the stages in data analysis include activities such as data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions/verification. The research results found were (1) Teachers still need adjustments to the independent curriculum, (2) The implementation of differentiated learning is still not optimal, especially because teachers tend to rely on the lecture method and are less able to manage interactions in the classroom. By implementing differentiated learning in the independent curriculum, it is hoped that it can be a relevant step to achieve better educational goals, taking into account the needs and abilities of individual students.
