Abstract

Projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila merupakan program baru pada kurikulum merdeka yang diterapkan oleh pemerintah untuk meningkatkan karakter peserta didik, salah satunya adalah sikap mandiri. Namun belum diketahui secara lebih lanjut dampak projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila terhadap sikap mandiri siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila terhadap sikap mandiri siswa Sekolah Dasar kelas IV di SD Negeri 2 Linggajati. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus, oleh karena itu metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi dengan informan yang berjumlah 17 orang. Teknik analisis datanya menggunakan metode yang dikembangkan oleh Miles dan Huberman yaitu pengumpulan data, mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa dampak projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila terhadap sikap mandiri hanya mencapai 65% hal ini terjadi karena sekolah tidak merencanakan dan melaksanakan projek penguatan profil pelajar pancasila dengan matang salah satunya tidak membuat tim fasilitator, tidak melakukan pembelajaran dengan aksi nyata dan belum mengetahui pelaporan hasil projek sehingga dampaknya tidak terlihat secara maksimal. Namun dapat diketahui bahwa beberapa peserta didik sudah mampu mengenali kualitas minat diri serta tantangan yang dihadapi, sudah mengetahui kelebihan dan kekurangan yang dimilikinya, mampu melakukan regulasi emosi, mengetahui tujuan pembelajaran dan bagaimana cara untuk mencapainya, dapat menunjukkan inisiatif dan berkerja secara mandiri, mampu mengembangkan refleksi diri, dan selalu percaya diri tangguh dan adaptif. Namun terdapat beberapa peserta didik yang belum menguasai indikator yang telah ditetapkan.

The Pancasila student profile strengthening project is a new program in the independent curriculum implemented by the government to improve the character of students, one of which is an independent attitude. However, it is not yet known further the impact of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students on the independent attitude of elementary school students. This study aims to determine the impact of the project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students on the independent attitude of grade IV elementary school students at SD Negeri 2 Linggajati. This type of research is qualitative research with a case study type of research, therefore the data collection method uses interviews, observations and documentation studies with informants totaling 17 people. The data analysis technique uses methods developed by Miles and Huberman, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of this study show that the impact of the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening Project on Independent Attitude only reached 65%, this happened because the school did not plan and implement the Pancasila Student Profile Strengthening project carefully, one of which did not make the facilitator team, did not conduct learning with real actions and did not know the reporting of project results so that the impact was not seen optimally. However, it can be known that some students are able to recognize the quality of self-interest and challenges faced, already know the advantages and disadvantages they have, are able to carry out emotional regulation, know learning goals and how to achieve them, can show initiative and work independently, are able to develop self-reflection, and are always confident, resilient and adaptive. However, there are some students who have not mastered the indicators that have been set.
