Abstract

Pengelolaan stok barang yang tidak terorganisir dapat menyebabkan kesulitan dalam memantau laporan barang keluar masuk dan stok barang secara detail, serta seringkali mengakibatkan ketidaksesuaian antara jumlah stok dengan kebutuhan. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, sistem berbasis web dikembangkan untuk optimasi persediaan sparepart menggunakan metode Single Moving Average (SMA). SMA dipilih karena kesederhanaannya dan kemampuannya meramalkan kebutuhan berdasarkan data historis. Sistem informasi ini memungkinkan integrasi data secara real-time dan penyajian informasi yang relevan untuk pengambilan keputusan. Sistem ini dirancang, diimplementasikan, dan diuji untuk memastikan fungsionalitas dan kegunaannya. Penelitian dilakukan pada Bengkel KJM Motor dengan pengujian melibatkan beberapa produk, seperti Brake Pad Avanza TDW, Brake Pad Brio MK, Brake Pad Mobilio, Oli Castrol Magnetik, Pertamina Prima XP 20W-50 4L, Pertamina Mesran Super 20W-50 4L, dan Pertamina Fastron Techno 10W-40 4L, menggunakan data penjualan selama 6 bulan terakhir. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa metode SMA menghasilkan peramalan dengan nilai 17.27%, yang dianggap baik. Sistem ini diterima dengan baik oleh pengguna, dengan tingkat penerimaan mencapai 97%. Implementasi sistem ini tidak hanya efektif dalam membantu manajemen persediaan, tetapi juga mudah digunakan oleh pengguna, yang pada akhirnya memungkinkan perusahaan mengurangi biaya persediaan dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional.

Unorganized stock management can cause difficulties in monitoring reports of incoming and outgoing goods and stock of goods in detail, and it often results in discrepancies between stock amounts and needs. To overcome this problem, a web-based system is developed to optimize spare parts inventory using the Single Moving Average (SMA) method. SMA is chosen because of its simplicity and ability to forecast needs based on historical data. This information system allows real-time data integration and presentation of relevant information for decision making. The system is designed, implemented, and tested to ensure its functionality and usability. The research was carried out at the KJM Motor Workshop with testing involved several products, such as Avanza TDW Brake Pad, Brio MK Brake Pad, Mobilio Brake Pad, Castrol Magnetic Oil, Pertamina Prima XP 20W-50 4L, Pertamina Mesran Super 20W-50 4L, and Pertamina Fastron Techno 10W-40 4L, using sales data for the last 6 months. The test results show that the SMA method produces a forecast with a value of 17.27%, which is considered good. The system is well received by users, with an acceptance rate of 97%. The implementation of this system is not only effective in assisting inventory management, but also easy for users to use, which ultimately allows companies to reduce inventory costs and increase operational efficiency.
