Abstract

iSistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Wisudawan TahfidzQuran Terbaik Menggunakan Metode Simple Multi AttributeRating Technique (SMART) Di MI PUI KuninganIi Ilham Adi Nugraha, Erlan Darmawan, Ragel TrisudarmoProgram Studi Sistem Informasi, Fakultas Ilmu Komputer,Universitas KuninganJl. Pramuka No.67, Purwawinangun, Kec. Kuningan, Kabupaten Kuningan, JawaBarat [email protected], [email protected],[email protected] Quran, sebagai praktik menghafal Al Quran, merupakan kewajiban pentingdalam agama Islam. Proses tahfidz tidak hanya mencakup hafalan, tetapi jugakelancaran, tajwid, dan makhorijul huruf. Di MI PUI Kuningan, programwisudawan tahfidz Quran terbaik diterapkan dengan metode Ummi untukmemudahkan hafalan dan pembacaan Al Quran. Namun, sistem penilaian yangmasih menggunakan format kertas memunculkan potensi kecurangan dan memakanwaktu yang lama. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sistempendukung keputusan berbasis komputer dengan menggunakan metode SimpleMulti Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) guna meningkatkan efisiensi danakurasi dalam penilaian. Data untuk penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi,wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Pengembangan sistem dilakukan menggunakanmodel Waterfall dalam pembangunan perangkat lunak berbasis web dengan PHPdan MySQL. Implementasi sistem menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini berhasilmengurangi risiko kecurangan, mempercepat proses penilaian, dan menghasilkankeputusan yang lebih akurat dan transparan dalam menentukan wisudawan tahfidzQuran terbaik di MI PUI Kuningan.

Tahfidz Quran, as the practice of memorizing the Quran, is a crucial obligation inIslam. The process of tahfidz includes memorization, fluency, recitation rules(tajwid), and pronunciation (makhorijul huruf). At MI PUI Kuningan, the programfor selecting the best tahfidz Quran graduates is implemented using the Ummimethod to facilitate effective memorization and recitation of the Quran. However,the paper-based evaluation system poses the risk of cheating and consumesconsiderable time. Therefore, this research aims to develop a computer-baseddecision support system using the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique(SMART) to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the assessment. Data for thisstudy was collected through observation, interviews, and literature review. Thesystem was developed using the waterfall model, and web-based softwaredevelopment was done using PHP and MySQL. Implementing the system reducedthe risk of cheating, accelerated assessment processes, and generated moreaccurate and transparent decisions in determining the best tahfidz Quran graduatesat MI PUI Kuningan.
