Abstract

Pernikahan adalah salah satu momen berharga dalam kehidupan seseorang, sebagian orang lebih memilih mempercayakan segalanya kepada penyedia paket wedding organizer agar mereka dapat fokus menikmati momen tersebut. Selama ini, kebutuhan pernikahan di Ratu Sejagad Wedding Organizer dilakukan secara manual, dimana semua pemilihan item pernikahan dipilih satu persatu sesuai dengan dana yang dimiliki oleh pelanggan. Namun, masih terjadi ketidakpuasan dari pelanggan dalam pemilihan item pada jasa wedding organizer tersebut. Hal ini dinilai membuang waktu, tenaga dan kurang efisien bagi penyedia jasa wedding organizer. Sehingga merancang dan mengembangkan Sistem Pendukung Keputusan menggunakan metode fuzzy logic berbasis web bertujuan untuk
dapat membantu calon pengantin mengambil keputusan dalam pemilihan paket Wedding Organizer di Ratu Sejagad Wedding Organizer. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu catering, dekorasi, fotography, hiburan dan riasan pengantin. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah jika calon pengantin menginginkan kriteria catering sebanyak 1000 tamu undangan, kriteria dekorasi di dalam Gedung, dengan durasi kriteria fotography selama 8 jam beserta prawedding, kriteria riasan untuk calon pengantin, orang tua dan bridesmide, dan kriteria hiburan selama 4 jam dengan 3 orang vokalis. Maka proses penggunaan metode fuzzy logic menghasilkan output berupa defuzzyfikasi yang merekomendasikan paket glamour.

Marriage is one of the most precious moments in a person's life. Some people prefer to entrust everything to a wedding organizer service provider so they can focus on enjoying the moment. So far, the wedding needs at Ratu Sejagad Wedding Organizer have been
handled manually, where every wedding item is selected one by one according to the customer's budget. However, there is still dissatisfaction among customers in the selection of items in the wedding organizer service. This process is considered time consuming, labour-intensive, and inefficient for the service provider. Therefore, designing and developing a web-based Decision Support System using fuzzy logic aims to help prospective brides and grooms making decisions in selecting wedding organizer packages at Ratu
Sejagad Wedding Organizer. The criteria used in this research are catering, decoration, photography, entertainment, and bridal makeup. The result of this research is that if the prospective bride and groom want catering for 1000 guests, indoor decoration, 8 hours of photography including pre-wedding, makeup for the bride, parents, and bridesmaids, and 4 hours of entertainment with 3 vocalists, then the use of the fuzzy logic method will produce a defuzzification output that recommends the glamour package.
