Abstract
Losari Jaya Motor merupakan toko sparepart yang berlokasi di Losari Kabupaten Cirebon Jawa Barat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan metode Safety Stock dan Reorder Point (ROP) dalam sistem inventory berbasis web untuk pengelolaan stok sparepart di Losari Jaya Motor. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi adalah pencatatan stok yang masih dilakukan secara paper-based, sehingga pemantauan tidak dapat dilakukan secara real-time dan berdampak pada kerugian finansial akibat stockout maupun overstock. Penelitian dilakukan melalui studi kasus, observasi, dan wawancara, serta menghasilkan sistem berbasis web yang memantau stok secara real-time dan menampilkan notifikasi otomatis ketika stok mencapai nilai Reorder Point. Perhitungan Safety Stock pada produk Shell HX5 4L dengan rata-rata penjualan harian 1,83 unit, standar deviasi 0,97 dan lead time 4 hari menghasilkan nilai persediaan pengaman sebesar 4 unit. Sistem juga membantu menentukan waktu pemesanan ulang yang optimal. Dengan mempertimbangkan permintaan rata-rata harian dan lead time pengiriman, perhitungan ROP merekomendasikan pemesanan ulang dilakukan ketika stok mencapai 12 unit. Penerapan metode Safety Stock dan ROP terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan pemesanan barang di Losari Jaya Motor.
Losari Jaya Motor is a spare part store located in Losari, Cirebon Regency, West Java. This study aims to implement the Safety Stock and Reorder Point (ROP) methods in a web-based inventory system for spare part stock management at Losari Jaya Motor. The main problem faced was stock recording that was still conducted on a paper-based basis, preventing real-time monitoring and resulting in financial losses due to stockout and overstock conditions. The research was conducted through a case study, observation, and interviews, resulting in a web-based system that monitors stock in real-time and displays automatic notifications when stock reaches the Reorder Point value. The Safety Stock calculation for the Shell HX5 4L product, with an average daily sales of 1.83 units, a standard deviation of 0.97 and a lead time of 4 days, yielded a safety stock value of 4 units. The system also assists in determining the optimal reorder timing. By considering the average daily demand and supplier lead time, the ROP calculation recommends that reordering be carried out when stock reaches 12 units. The implementation of the Safety Stock and Reorder Point methods proved effective in improving inventory management efficiency and supporting restocking decision-making at Losari Jaya Motor.
