DALAM KEGIATAN EKSTRAKURIKULER PRAMUKA
DI SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract
Pendidikan Kepramukaan dinilai sangat penting. Melalui pendidikan kepramukaan akan timbul nilai karakter mandiri dan tanggung jawab. Karenanya Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan mewajibkan setiap sekolah melaksanakan ekstrakurikuler pramuka di sekolah dasar. Dalam mewujudkan
karakter mandiri dan tanggung jawab dilakukan dengan beragam kegiatan melalui ekstrakurikuler pramuka. Kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka meliputi latihan rutin, lagu pramuka, semaphore, tali temali dan lain-lain. Hasilnya dengan berbagai macam kegiatan dapat membentuk siswa yang berkarakter. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah yang telah dikemukakan maka yang menjadi tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mendeskripsikan muatan nilai karakter mandiri dan tanggung jawab yang ada dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka di sekolah dasar. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Subjek pada penelitian ini yaitu SDN 17 Kuningan, SDN Cijoho, dan SDN 2 Windusengkahan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat nilai karakter mandiri dan tanggung jawab dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler pramuka di SDN 17 Kuningan, SDN Cijoho, dan SDN 2 Windusengkahan.

Scouting education is considered very important. Through scouting education, independent and responsible character values will emerge. Therefore, the Ministry of Education and Culture requires every school to implement extracurricular
scouting in elementary schools. In realizing independent and responsible character, various activities are carried out through scout extracurricular activities. Scout extracurricular activities include routine training, scout songs, semaphores, rigging and others. As a result, various kinds of activities can form students with character. Based on the background of the problem that has been stated, the aim of this research is to describe the value of independent character and responsibility contained in scout extracurricular activities in elementary schools. The type of
research used is descriptive qualitative research. The subjects in this research were SDN 17 Kuningan, SDN Cijoho, and SDN 2 Windusengkahan. The research results show that there are values of independent character and responsibility in scout extracurricular activities at SDN 17 Kuningan, SDN Cijoho, and SDN 2 Windusengkahan.
