Abstract
Infrastruktur jaringan Fiber To The Home (FTTH) menjadi tulang punggung layanan internet modern, namun implementasinya rentan terhadap gangguan akibat degradasi sinyal optik yang seringkali tidak terdeteksi secara dini. Studi kasus pada Arekta.Net menunjukkan bahwa proses penanganan gangguan jaringan masih bersifat reaktif, di mana teknisi baru mengetahui adanya gangguan setelah menerima keluhan pelanggan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun Sistem Peringatan Dini (Early Warning System) gangguan jaringan FTTH berbasis Android yang mampu mendeteksi potensi gangguan secara proaktif serta mengirimkan notifikasi langsung kepada teknisi. Metode yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D) dengan pengembangan sistem menggunakan arsitektur client-server, di mana sisi server dibangun menggunakan framework Laravel dan sisi client berupa aplikasi Android. Akuisisi data parameter jaringan dilakukan secara otomatis melalui protokol SSH dari perangkat OLT (nilai Rx Power) dan Mikrotik (nilai Packet Loss), yang selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan algoritma Fuzzy Logic metode Mamdani untuk menentukan tingkat urgensi gangguan dalam tiga kategori: Normal, Waspada, dan Kritis. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil dibangun dan berjalan sesuai fungsinya, algoritma Fuzzy Mamdani mampu menentukan kondisi jaringan yang bersifat samar secara akurat, serta notifikasi peringatan dini berhasil terkirim ke perangkat teknisi. Sistem ini mengubah pola penanganan gangguan dari reaktif menjadi proaktif, sehingga kualitas layanan internet kepada pelanggan dapat lebih terjaga.
Fiber To The Home (FTTH) network infrastructure serves as the backbone of modern internet services; however, its implementation is susceptible to disturbances caused by optical signal degradation that often goes undetected in a timely manner. A case study at Arekta.Net reveals that network troubleshooting processes remain reactive, where technicians only become aware of issues after receiving customer complaints. This study aims to design and develop an Android-based Early Warning System (EWS) for FTTH network disturbances capable of proactively detecting potential failures and sending real-time notifications to technicians. The methodology employed is Research and Development (R&D) with a client-server architecture, where the server side is built using the Laravel framework and the client side consists of an Android application. Network parameter data acquisition is performed automatically via the SSH protocol from OLT devices (Rx Power values) and Mikrotik devices (Packet Loss values), which are then analyzed using the Mamdani Fuzzy Logic algorithm to determine the urgency level of disturbances in three categories: Normal, Warning, and Critical. Test results indicate that the system was successfully built and operates as intended, the Mamdani Fuzzy algorithm accurately determines ambiguous network conditions, and early warning notifications are successfully delivered to technician devices. This system transforms the network troubleshooting approach from reactive to proactive, thereby enabling better maintenance of internet service quality for customers.
