Abstract

Siswa tunagrahita di SLB Negeri Taruna Mandiri Kabupaten Kuningan menghadapi keterbatasan dalam mempelajari gerakan sholat secara mandiri akibat terbatasnya waktu bimbingan individual dan ketiadaan media evaluasi yang objektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang aplikasi mobile pembelajaran interaktif dan evaluasi gerakan sholat berbasis kecerdasan buatan sebagai media adaptif bagi siswa tunagrahita sekaligus menyediakan fitur pemantauan perkembangan ibadah bagi guru. Metode pengembangan yang digunakan adalah Rapid Application Development (RAD) dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi pustaka. Aplikasi dibangun menggunakan Kotlin dengan Jetpack Compose, mengintegrasikan YOLOv8n-Pose sebagai ekstraktor 17 keypoint tubuh secara real-time dan model Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) untuk mengidentifikasi 7 kelas gerakan sholat. Dataset berjumlah 21.000 sampel keypoint dengan pembagian 80:10:10 untuk data latih, validasi, dan uji. Pengujian dilakukan melalui Confusion Matrix, Black Box, White Box, dan Usability Testing. Hasil Confusion Matrix menunjukkan akurasi 99,90% pada 2.100 data uji. Seluruh 37 skenario Black Box valid, dan White Box dengan Cyclomatic Complexity V(G) = 5 membuktikan seluruh jalur logika berjalan benar. Usability Testing menggunakan USE Questionnaire terhadap 10 guru dan Behavioral Mapping terhadap 7 siswa tunagrahita memperoleh nilai total sebesar 88,6% dengan kategori Sangat Layak. Aplikasi Smart Sholat terbukti efektif sebagai media pembelajaran mandiri yang adaptif dan objektif bagi siswa tunagrahita.

Students with intellectual disabilities at SLB Negeri Taruna Mandiri, Kuningan face challenges in independently learning prayer movements due to limited individual guidance and the absence of objective evaluation media. This study designs an AI-based interactive mobile application for prayer movement learning and evaluation, serving as an adaptive medium for students with intellectual disabilities and providing progress monitoring for teachers. The system is developed using Rapid Application Development (RAD). It is built in Kotlin with Jetpack Compose, the application integrates YOLOv8n-Pose to extract 17 body keypoints in real-time and a Multilayer Perceptron (MLP) to classify 7 prayer movement classes. The dataset comprises 21,000 keypoint samples split 80:10:10 for training, validation, and testing. Testing includes Confusion Matrix, Black Box, White Box, and Usability Testing. The Confusion Matrix shows 99.90% accuracy on 2,100 test samples. All 37 Black Box scenarios are valid, and White Box testing with Cyclomatic Complexity V(G) = 5 confirmed all logic paths executed correctly. Usability Testing using the USE Questionnaire across 10 teachers and Behavioral Mapping across 7 students yielded a total score of 88.6%, classified as Very Feasible. Smart Sholat is proven effective as an adaptive and objective independent learning medium for students with intellectual disabilities.
