Abstract

Apotek Sigong merupakan unit usaha farmasi, yang melayani kebutuhan obat masyarakat dengan volume transaksi harian yang bervariasi. Apotek mengalami kendala dalam perencanaan pengadaan obat karena masih dilakukan secara manual berdasarkan intuisi dan pengecekan stok fisik, tanpa dukungan analisis data penjualan atau perhitungan matematis. Akibatnya, terjadi ketidakseimbangan persediaan akibat fluktuasi permintaan, yang ditandai dengan kekosongan stok pada obat tertentu serta penumpukan obat lain hingga mendekati kedaluwarsa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meramalkan penjualan obat di masa yang akan datang. Triple Exponential Smoothing merupakan metode peramalan dalam deret waktu. metode Triple Exponential Smoothing (TES) dipilih karena mampu menangani pola tren dan variasi periodik pada data penjualan sehingga menghasilkan prediksi yang lebih akurat. Sistem dikembangkan berbasis web untuk memudahkan pengolahan data dan proses peramalan secara otomatis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peramalan menggunakan metode TES pada obat paracetamol periode januari 2024 hingga maret 2026 menghasilkan nilai Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) sebesar 6,6% yang termasuk kategori sangat baik, dengan hasil peramalan penjualan pada April 2026 sebesar 220 unit obat. Implementasi sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan persediaan serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang lebih akurat di Apotek Sigong.

Apotek Sigong is a pharmaceutical business that serves the community’s medicine needs with varying daily transaction volumes. The pharmacy faces challenges in planning drug procurement, as it is still carried out manually based on the pharmacist’s intuition and physical stock checking, without support from structured sales data analysis or mathematical calculations. As a result, inventory imbalances occur due to fluctuating demand, characterized by stock shortages of certain medicines and overstock of others approaching expiration dates.This study aims to forecast future drug sales. Triple Exponential Smoothing is a time series forecasting method. The Triple Exponential Smoothing (TES) method is chosen because it can handle trend patterns and Seasonal (periodic) variations in sales data, resulting in more accurate predictions. The system is developed as a web- based application to facilitate data processing and automate the forecasting process. The results show that forecasting using the TES method for medicine paracetamol the period January 2024 to March 2026 produced a Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) of 6.6%, which falls into the “very good” category, with the forecasted sales for April 2026 reaching 220 units of medicine. The implementation of this system is expected to improve the effectiveness of inventory management and support more accurate decision-making at Apotek Sigong.
