Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan Supply Chain Management (SCM) dalam pengelolaan stok barang di Toko Gilang Jaya Motor, dengan fokus pada penerapan metode Single Exponential Smoothing untuk peramalan permintaan yang terintegrasi dalam sistem berbasis web. Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi toko ini adalah ketidakakuratan prediksi stok, yang sering kali menyebabkan terjadinya overstock atau stockout, mengganggu efisiensi operasional dan kepuasan pelanggan. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan analisis proses bisnis SCM yang sedang berjalan, perancangan basis data, dan pengembangan aplikasi web menggunakan pendekatan waterfall. Metode peramalan Single Exponential Smoothing dipilih karena kesederhanaannya dan kemampuannya untuk beradaptasi dengan data historis permintaan yang berfluktuasi. Aplikasi web yang dibangun berfungsi sebagai alat bantu manajerial untuk memonitor aliran barang dari pemasok hingga ke tangan konsumen, serta menyediakan modul peramalan otomatis untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan pengadaan barang. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi SCM berbasis web dengan metode Single Exponential Smoothing mampu meningkatkan akurasi peramalan permintaan sebesar rata-rata 203/50=406, presentase nilainya adalah 4.06/5 x 100 = 81,12 % bisa dikategorikan bagus dibandingkan metode manual sebelumnya. Sistem ini juga berhasil mengoptimalkan tingkat inventarisasi, mengurangi biaya penyimpanan, dan meminimalisir risiko kekurangan stok. Diharapkan sistem ini dapat menjadi solusi efektif bagi Toko Gilang Jaya Motor untuk mencapai efisiensi rantai pasokan yang lebih baik dan mendukung keberlanjutan bisnis jangka panjang.

This study aims to implement Supply Chain Management (SCM) in stock management at Gilang Jaya Motor Store, with a focus on the application of the Single Exponential Smoothing method for demand forecasting integrated into a web-based system. The main problem faced by this store is the inaccuracy of stock predictions, which often leads to overstock or stockouts, disrupting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. This research method involves analyzing the ongoing SCM business process, designing a database, and developing a web application using the waterfall approach. The Single Exponential Smoothing forecasting method was chosen because of its simplicity and its ability to adapt to fluctuating historical demand data. The web application built functions as a managerial tool to monitor the flow of goods from suppliers to consumers, as well as providing an automatic forecasting module to support procurement decisions. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of web-based SCM with the Single Exponential Smoothing method is able to increase the accuracy of demand forecasting by an average of 203/50 = 406, the percentage value is 4.06/5 x 100 = 81.12% can be categorized as good compared to the previous manual method. This system also successfully optimized inventory levels, reduced storage costs, and minimized the risk of stockouts. It is hoped that this system will be an effective solution for Toko Gilang Jaya Motor to achieve greater supply chain efficiency and support long-term business sustainability.
