Abstract

Proses diagnosa kerusakan kelistrikan pada motor matic Honda di bengkel Didin Motor masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga sering menimbulkan ketidakakuratan dan membutuhkan waktu yang lama. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sistem pakar berbasis web yang mampu mendiagnosa kerusakan kelistrikan menggunakan metode Forward Chaining. Metode ini bekerja berdasarkan kecocokan gejala yang dipilih montir hingga menghasilkan inferensi berupa jenis kerusakan yang paling mungkin terjadi. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan model Waterfall dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan basis data MySQL. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu melakukan proses perhitungan kecocokan gejala terhadap aturan (rule) yang telah ditetapkan. Pada studi kasus tertentu, sistem menghasilkan persentase kecocokan tertinggi sebesar 42,8% pada kerusakan sikring mati, sehingga ditetapkan sebagai kerusakan utama yang direkomendasikan. Selain itu, sistem juga menyajikan rangking kerusakan alternatif beserta solusi perbaikan. Implementasi sistem ini terbukti dapat membantu montir dalam mempercepat proses identifikasi kerusakan, meningkatkan akurasi, serta menghasilkan laporan diagnosa secara otomatis.

The diagnostic process for electrical damage in Honda matic motorcycles at Didin Motor is still performed manually, often leading to inaccuracies and requiring longer processing time. This research aims to develop a web-based expert system capable of diagnosing electrical damage using the Forward Chaining method. This method operates by matching the symptoms selected by mechanics with predefined rules to generate an inference of the most probable damage. The system was developed using the Waterfall model with PHP and MySQL as the primary technologies. The results show that the system accurately performs symptom–rule matching and produces calculation outcomes based on the percentage of compatibility. In a specific test case, the system generated the highest compatibility value of 42.8% for the fuse failure damage, which was then recommended as the primary diagnosis. Additionally, the system presents ranked alternative damages along with repair recommendations. The implementation demonstrates that the system effectively assists mechanics in accelerating the diagnostic process, improving accuracy, and generating automatic diagnostic reports.
