Abstrak-Perpustakaan dapat diartika sebagai tempat koleksi besar di dalam suatu ruangan, dimulai dari koleksi buku pelajaran, biografi, jurnal, karya ilmiah, kamus, atlas dan lain sebagainya. Perpustakaan juga dijadikan sebagai tempat untuk mengakses, berbagai informasi dalam bentuk apa pun. Perpustakaan adalah alat sumber pengetahuan dari berbagai disiplin ilmu. SMP 2 Cidahu masih melakukan pencatatan buku yang belum terkomputerisasi dengan bertambahnya koleksi buku dan data peminjaman, pencatatan dan penatausahaan pinjaman yang sebelumnya dilakukan belum terkomputerisasi sehingga menjadi kendala dalam pencatatan buku. Penerapan aplikasi berbasis komputer dengan berbasis website akan sangat memudahkan proses pencatatan, sehingga dapat melindungi data perpustakaan di SMP 2 Cidahu di kemudian hari. Adapun rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana sistem informasi e-library dapat mempermudah dalam pengelolaan data pengguna, pengelolaan buku agar lebih efektik dan efisien. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah sistem informasi e-library dapat menjadi pusat pembelajaran siswa yang lebih efektif dan efisien. Metode pengembangan system yang dilakukan adalah Waterfall. Untuk pengumpulan data penulis menggunakan obervasi, wawancara dan studi literatur. Penulis menggunakan black box testing, white box testing dan User Acceptance test (UAT). Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, penulis dapat menyimpulkan bahwa berdasarkan pengujian User Acceptance Test (UAT) menunjukkan bukti pengujian dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa tanggapan dari responden terhadap aplikasi e-library berdasarkan tingkat penerimaannya adalah “Sangat Kuat” yaitu dengan presentasenya 89,6%.

The formulation of the problem in this study is how an e-library information system can make it easier to manage user data, book management to make it more effective and efficient Based on these problems, the purpose of this study is to find out whether the e-library information system can become a more effective and efficient student learning center. The system development method used is Waterfall. For data collection, the author uses observation, interviews and literature study. The author uses black box testing, white box testing and User Acceptance test (UAT). Based on the test results, the author can conclude that based on the User Acceptance Test (UAT) testing, it shows that the test evidence can be concluded that the response of respondents to the e-library application based on the level of acceptance is "Very Strong" with a percentage of 89.6%.
