ABSTRAK
Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi saat ini terus meningkat seiring dengan meningkatnya kebutuhan manusia, dari semua bidang. Terlihat dari kecenderungan pengguna media elektronik, buktinya sudah banyak bermunculan ditengah – tengah masyarakat dan diaplikasikan di hampir semua bidang. Belum adanya sistem pengelolaan stok sehingga kerap terjadi kekurangan bahkan kekosongan stok beras saat permintaan pemesanan dari beberapa reseller sehingga mengakibatkan keterlambatan pengiriman, terjadi peserdiaan stok beras yang berlebihan sehingga dapat berimbas pada kualitas beras dan pengeluaran biaya yang berlebihan. Oleh sebab itu diperlukan suatu sistem informasi berbasis web untuk menangani kendala-kendala tersebut, salah satunya dengan menerapkan Supply Chain Management pada Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Stok Beras berbasis web. Supply Chain Management adalah sistemik, kordinasi strategis fungsi bisnis tradisional dan taktik seluruh fungsi bisnis dalam perusahaan tertentu dan seluruh perusahaan dalam Supply Chain, untuk keperluan meningkatkan kinerja jangka panjang dari masing – masing perusahaan dan rantai pasok secara kesuluruhan. Transaksi padi kepada supplier, transaksi beras dari reseller dan analisis peramalan beras per bulan berbasis web.

ABSTRACT
The development of information and communication technology currently continues to increase along with increasing human needs, from all fields. It can be seen from the tendency of electronic media users, evidence of this has emerged in many communities and is applied in almost all fields. There is no stock management system so there are often shortages or even emptiness of rice stock when orders are requested from several resellers, resulting in delivery delays, excessive rice stock supply which can impact the quality of rice and excessive costs. Therefore, a web-based information system is needed to handle these obstacles, one of which is by implementing Supply Chain Management in the web-based Rice Stock Management Information System. Supply Chain Management is systemic, strategic coordination of traditional business functions and tactics of all business functions within a particular company and all companies in the Supply Chain, for the purpose of improving the long-term performance of each company and the supply chain as a whole. Rice transactions to suppliers, rice transactions from resellers and web-based monthly rice forecasting analysis.
