Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh biaya agensi manajerial, operating cash flow, dan solvabilitas terhadap financial distress. Populasi penelitian ini adalah perusahaan sektor aneka industri sebanyak 50 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2023 sampel yang digunakan yaitu laporan keuangan perusahaan sektor aneka industri sebanyak 48 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2023 dengan menggunakan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi tidak berpartisipasi sedangkan Teknik analisis data dengan regresi logistik.

This study aims to analyze the effect of managerial agency costs, operating cash flow, and solvency on financial distress.
