Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompensasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap turnover intention melalui kepuasan kerja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. FIFGROUP Cabang Kuningan yang berjumlah 33 orang dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampel jenuh. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa angket yang di uji kevalidan dan reliabilitasnya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linear berganda, koefisien determinasi, analisis jalur, dan pengujian hipotesis yang digunakan yaitu uji t dan uji mediasi dengan menggunakan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) kompensasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention (2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention (3) kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja (4) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerjan (5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention (6) kompensasi memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap turnover intention melalui kepuasan kerja (7) lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan secara tidak langsung terhadap turnover intention melalui kepuasan kerja.

This research aims to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on turnover intention through job satisfaction. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive and verificative approach. The population in this study consists of all employees of PT. FIFGROUP Kuningan Branch, totaling 33 people, and the sampling technique used is the saturated sampling technique. This study uses data collection techniques in the form of questionnaires that are tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination, path analysis, and hypothesis testing, which include the t-test and mediation test using the Sobel test. The results of this study indicate that (1) compensation has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention (2) work environment has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention (3) compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (4) work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction (5) job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on turnover intention (6) compensation has a negative and significant indirect effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction (7) work environment has a negative and significant indirect effect on turnover intention through job satisfaction.
