Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja (studi kasus pada perusahaan sinergi retail). Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif verifikatif dengan jenis data kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini karyawan perusahaan sinergi retail yang berjumlah 72 karyawan. Teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling berjumlah 71 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala interval 1-10. Analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan IBM SPSS. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan, budaya organisasi dan motivasi kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja.

Kata Kunci : Kepemimpinan, Budaya Organisasi, Motivasi Kerja, Disiplin Kerja.

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of leadership, organizational culture and work motivation (case study at the Synergy Retail Company). This type of research uses a descriptive verification method with quantitative data types. The population of this study is 72 employees of the Synergy Retail Company. The sampling technique is purposive sampling totaling 71 people. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with an interval scale of 1-10. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis with the help of IBM SPSS. The results of this study indicate that leadership, organizational culture and work motivation simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on work discipline, leadership has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work discipline.
