Perkembangan teknologi informasi mendorong pelaku usaha untuk mengadopsi sistem digital dalam memperluas jangkauan pasar dan meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Optik Zolaris, sebagai bisnis ritel optik, menghadapi keterbatasan
dalam penjualan yang hanya dilakukan secara langsung di outlet fisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sistem E-commerce Business to
Customer (B2C) berbasis web yang terintegrasi dengan 14 layanan utama e commerce, yaitu: User Management, Product Management, Catalog Management,
Search Service, Personalization, Order Management, Inventory Management, Payment Service, Campaign Management, Customer Service, Review Service, Recommendation Engine, Churn Analysis, dan Analytics & Reporting. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode prototyping dengan pemodelan UML serta diimplementasikan menggunakan TypeScript, HTML, dan MySQL sebagai basis data. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box dan User Acceptance Testing (UAT), dengan hasil tingkat kelayakan sistem sebesar 89%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem ini dapat meningkatkan efisiensi transaksi, memperluas jangkauan pasar, serta memberikan layanan yang lebih baik dan terstruktur kepada pelanggan secara digital.
The advancement of information technology has encouraged businesses to adopt digital systems to expand market reach and improve operational efficiency. Optik Zolaris, a retail Optikal business, faces limitations due to its reliance on direct instore sales. This study aims to implement a web-based Business to Customer (B2C) E-commerce system integrated with 14 core services: User Management, Product Management, Catalog Management, Search Service, Personalization, Order Management, Inventory Management, Payment Service, Campaign Management, Customer Service, Review Service, Recommendation Engine, Churn Analysis, and
Analytics & Reporting. The system was developed using the prototyping method, modeled with UML, and implemented using TypeScript, HTML, and MySQL as the database. System testing was conducted using Black Box and User Acceptance
Testing (UAT), resulting in a feasibility score of 89%. The findings indicate that the system effectively enhances transaction efficiency, broadens market coverage, and
provides better and more structured digital services to customers.
