Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pelatihan, motivasi
dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan UMKM di Kecamatan Kadugede.
Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah UMKM yang berada di Kecamatan Kadugede.
Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan responden sebanyak 35 orang. Teknik
pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner (Angket). Teknik analisis data
yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji instrumen (uji validitas dan uji
reliabilitas) uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi berganda, koefisien determinasi
pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan program SPSS 27.0 for windows. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan Pelatihan, motivasi dan kepuasan pegawai secara bersama-
sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel pelatihan berpengaruh
positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Variabel motivasi tidak berpengaruh
terhadap kinerja karyawan dan variabel kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan
signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan UMKM di Kecamatan Kadugede.

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of training, motivation,
and job satisfaction on the performance of employees in Micro, Small, and Medium
Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Kadugede District. The population in this study
consisted of MSMEs located in the Kadugede District. The research sample was
determined with 35 respondents. The data collection technique used was a
questionnaire. The data analysis techniques employed in this study included
instrument testing (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption testing,
multiple regression analysis, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing
using SPSS 27.0 for Windows. The results of the study indicated that training,
motivation, and job satisfaction jointly had a significant effect on employee
performance. The training variable had a positive effect on employee performance.
The motivation variable did not have a significant effect on employee performance,
while the job satisfaction variable had a positive and significant effect on the
performance of MSME employees in the Kadugede District.
