Abstract

Penelitian ini menguji Pengaruh Reward, Punishment, Beban Kerja, dan Lingkungan Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan KSP Dwijaya Utama Cabang Pabuaran. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada 43 karyawan sebagai responden. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis untuk mengetahui hubungan antar variabel. Temuan penelitian menunjukan bahwa reward, punishment, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berkontribusi pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Semua ini menunjukan bahwa penyesuaian terhadap keempat faktor ini sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Rekomendasi dibuat untuk membantu manajemen dalam menerapkan punishment yang lebih humanis dan profesional.

This study examined the influence of reward, punishment, workload, and work environment on employee performance at KSP Dwijaya Utama Pabuaran Branch. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 43 employees as reponders. The collected data were analyzed to determine the relationship between variables. The research findings showed that rewards, punishments, workload, and the work environment all contributed to improving employee performance. All of this suggested that adjusting these four factors is crucial for improving employee performance. Recommendations were made to assist management in implementing more humane and professional punishments.
